I am married with 2 children living in Cheltenham but originally from Yorkshire. I run my own financial planning business which has a big call on my time. I have always been sporty having played football, hockey and golf since childhood. I enjoy the gym but had lost my way with exercise finding more reasons not to go than to go!!
I joined because like many others I kept seeing more things about BLS. I was looking to get back into training but needed something different. The gym just wasn't going to do it for me anymore. Training on your own holds no motivation. But the chance to be part of a group really appealed to me. Personal training but part of a small group but within a bigger entity. Perfect
That everybody else would be stronger or fitter than me and I would embarrass myself.

Making time to train. I was either full on or nothing. I would give up and make excuses for not training. My diet was all over the shop.
I am more focused on training. When you join a group you don't want to let your partner or others in the group down by not turning up. I am much stronger and healthier now and am maintaining this for way longer than anything I've done before.

It's a brotherhood not a gym. We come to train but in an environment where the banter is what keeps you coming back. There will be ups and downs but there is someone who will offer words of encouragement or take the mickey and put a smile on your face
Why haven't you already joined? Don't worry about not be fit or thinking you can't do it. You will become fit over time and you can do it.
